Dr. Patrisius Djiwandono attended the 56th TEFLIN International Conference organized by Universitas Islam Negeri Malang at Hotel Agro Wisata, Batu, from 8 – 10 December 2009. The theme of the event was “Responding to Global Challenges through Quality English Language Teaching”.  Presenting the result of his research entitled “Exploring The Potentials of Facebook for Blended Learning”, he represented Universitas Ma Chung in this annual academic event for teachers and lecturers of English in Indonesia.  He also had the chance of moderating a session delivered by George Scholz, an officer of RELO, USA, who introduced a new book on principles of language learning and teaching.
