SERVICE
Aligned with its vision to concretely contribute to the community in Indonesia, all the academics here learn to care and to collectively offer assistance to those in need. Several activities organized by the Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (LPPM) – Body for Research and Community Service – or coordinated by the Direktorat Pengembangan Karakter dan Kepemimpinan (PKK) – Directorate for Character Building and Leadership – and executed by the various mentoring group or selected groups of academics, include:
  • Training and Workshops
  • Periodic Blood Donation Drive
  • Environmental Conservation
  • many other social activities

These are dedicated to several communities like female homemakers, street children, orphanages, needy school teachers particularly around the campus, or in Malang generally.
