However, what distinguishes Universitas Ma Chung graduates and their outstanding hallmark from graduates of other universities is the character which has been built and worked on intensively and continuously. Through the Directorate of Character Building and Leadership, Universitas Ma Chung molds graduates with high integrity. The Character Building and Leadership programs are conducted using miscellaneous activities such as Ethical Judgment class, discussion, mentoring, capacity enrichment, leadership training, and so on.
